Our routed plastic letters come in a variety of thicknesses, from 1/8" thick to as much as 1" thick!
Plastic letters are CNC routed or laser cut (depending on the application) from a computer file to make precise letters. The sides are then smoothed out for a precise finish. Our plastic letters are:

Formed plastic letters are a great way to have a durable, inexpensive sign for your business without sacrificing that professional look that you need.
These signs are not ideal for retail businesses, but great for commercial sites, industrial, offices, etc.
They have come in a great variety of styles and colors, sizes that range from 2" to 72" (custom sizes are also available for an even larger sign). In addition, they have many other benefits over signs:
Fast turnaround times are available.
Formed plastic letters can be mounted with studs (metal posts that are inserted into the wall for support), silicone pads (for a slight standoff), flush-mounted with silicone or using double-stick tape (for indoor locations only). Your Sales Representative will determine which is the best installation method for your sign.
The trouble with individual letters is that the wall behind them can detract from the appearance of the sign.
If you frame out the sign with a brushed aluminium panel, either rectangular or cut to the shape of the sign, you can dramatically improves the overall appearance.
The panel does not need to be brushed, it can be painted as well if you prefer.
All of the above options are "traditional" lobby signs. Now we can offer something even better.
Typically the problem with lighting a lobby sign is that you either have to make it very thick, which means it looks cumbersome and it may even be a hazard to people trying to work/walk in the area, or you have "hot spots" where all the little points of light are visible right on the front of the letter.
The old way looked bad. The new way is fantastic!
Our new lobby signs have embedded LEDs in them so that the entire sign is as thin as only 2"! That is a dramatic improvement over the old style of reception area signage.
Seeing is believing ... but we strongly encourage you to visit our showroom to see it for yourself, first hand. It's too important a decision to just leave it up to a photo.

These options are not independent of one another. We can fabricate a lighted logo, with stainless steel letters underneath, formed plastic letters on top of those, and put it all on a painted aluminium back panel shaped to the sign.
