As a Signs Manufacturing™ or a Sunburst LED Display™ customer you have a free Sign Service Request™ App.  Anytime you see something about your sign you question, snap pictures using our App on your phone.  A Service Request is automatically sent to us, showing us what’s wrong!  We will then contact you to arrange a convenient service time.

If your business sign is not working properly, simply use this app to snap a photo and send it in to Signs Manufacturing for a service call.

Signs Manufacturing will send you a confirmation, an estimated service schedule (in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas Metroplex) and then send a Technician to repair your sign.

First-time users will receive a phone call to arrange billing, and a not-to-exceed amount (so you don't worry about over-the-top charges.) You will receive a quotation for anything that is not a standard service call before that work is performed.

"Location Services" must be turned ON on your mobile device so that we know the location where the photo was taken.

The State of Texas requires by law that all companies and individuals installing or maintaining electric signs and/or neon have a license.

It is a State criminal offense to even offer to service an electric sign without an appropriate license.

Our State Sign Contractor's License #’s are: TSCL18015, and TSCL18016.

State Licensed Electrical Service

Our State Electrical Contractor License # is: TECL17503.
