ll Guaranties and Warranties are transferable to subsequent owners of a sign both manufactured and installed by Signs Manufacturing™ so long as all financial and other obligations have been fulfilled.
5-Year $0-Cost Warranty
If anything we manufactured and installed fails in the first 5 years of service, if properly supplied with power (for lighted signs), Signs Manufacturing™ will provide both PARTS and SERVICE free of charge. This includes programmable LED signs … EVERYTHING we build!
Electronic components of the sign which are NOT manufactured by Signs Manufacturing™ are supported by their manufacturer’s warranty, usually one year. This warranty does not extend another manufacturer’s warranty for a part that is separately purchased as part of the sign.
10 Year Extendable Warranty
When you are confident in your quality, you can offer a 10 year parts and labor full-coverage warranty option. When you have been in business since 1979, that warranty actually means something! Our new signs will have a 10 year extended warranty option available for a slight additional cost.
Other sign companies cannot offer this, or don’t offer both parts AND labor. If they do, have they been in business long enough for their warranty to be meaningful? When they have only been in business a few years, their warranty is just a gimmick.

Signs Manufacturing™ backs the signs that we build and install for LIFE ... no other company does this.
It is in our best interests to do everything possible to make your signs last, because even 20 or 30 years down the road if your sign has a problem we are helping pay for it.
We build quality signs. We know they are the best in the industry. We want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to keep you from ever having an issue with your signs because if you do, it costs us too!
Replacement Parts Warranty
When
doing service work on a sign that we built and installed, but is no longer
covered by its new sign warranty, we guarantee the replacement parts for one
year against failure. Parts for competitor’s signs that we service carry a 30
day warranty against failure (not including components that they send us, which
we do not cover at all).
Insurance and Assurance
Signs Manufacturing™ is insured, registered, licensed and bonded per City and State regulations, and also carries Product Liability Insurance protecting you and your customers.
We also provide Deposit and Completion Insurance. We offer all our customers to be listed as "Additional Insured" for free on our $4,000,000 liability insurance policies which also provides you protection if we default, and as "Additional Insured" on our $25,000,000 Worker's Compensation/Accident Insurance.

The Forever™ Guarantee can provide coverage of ALL parts, service costs, and maintenance costs for the life of the agreement. This Guarantee is custom tailored to each customer's needs. THE SIGN CAN BE KEPT LOOKING NEW, FOR A KNOWN COST.
Our Forever™ Guarantee can either be paid-in-full at the time of purchase, or allocated monthly. It is backed by Signs Manufacturing™, the manufacturer, a company that has been honoring it's guarantees and warranties since 1979.
And if you decide to purchase a replacement sign during the term of your Forever™ Guarantee, Signs Manufacturing™ can assign a portion of the cost of the Forever™ Guarantee to the cost of the new sign, saving you money.

Zap Protection™
Optional Electrical Surge and Lightning Protection
Electrical surges on a sign’s incoming power supply, and lightning strikes, are not covered by any manufacturer’s warranty, and they are common in Texas.
As technology has moved us from the use of electrical components such as core-and-coil ballasts to electronic components, primarily to reduce power consumption, the susceptibility of a sign to damage from electrical power surges or lightning strikes has increased dramatically. Old-style electrical components are simply no longer available in most cases.
Signs Manufacturing™ offers surge and lightning Zap Protection™, at a reasonable additional cost, adding components to signs to lower the potential for damage from an occurrence. The devices are more than 90% effective in case of an occurrence.
Zap Insurance™
Electrical Surge/Lightning Insurance
Unfortunately no surge/lightning protection system is 100% effective.
Your property insurance should cover this eventuality. But if it doesn’t, we will cover this continuing risk with optional electrical surge/lightning Zap Insurance™, available for signs which have our electrical surge/lightning Zap Protection™ (above) installed.
If a Zap Insured™ sign is damaged by either electrical surge or lightning strike we cover all costs of repair, up to and including replacing the entire sign if it is destroyed by an occurrence.
