5-Year $0-Cost Warranty

If anything we manufactured and installed fails within the first 5 years of service, Signs Manufacturing™ provides both PARTS and SERVICE free of charge. This includes programmable LED signs, electronic message centers, channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, and virtually EVERYTHING we build.

Unlike many sign companies that simply resell signs manufactured by someone else, Signs Manufacturing™ manufactures, installs, and services the signs we sell.

Electronic components not manufactured directly by Signs Manufacturing™ are supported by their individual manufacturer warranties, typically one year. This warranty does not extend another manufacturer’s warranty for separately purchased components.

Signs Manufacturing’s 5-year $0-cost warranty covers both parts and labor with no hidden shipping charges, outside installer fees, or surprise service costs.

Many standard sign warranties only cover replacement parts. They often do not cover labor, troubleshooting, shipping, bucket truck expenses, removal, or reinstallation.

10 Year Extendable Warranty

When you are confident in your quality, you can offer a 10-year parts and labor full-coverage warranty option.

When you have been in business since 1979, that warranty actually means something. Our new signs include an optional 10-year extended warranty for a slight additional cost.

Many sign companies cannot offer this level of coverage, or they only cover parts but not labor. Others simply have not been in business long enough for their warranty to carry meaningful value.

Replacement Parts Warranty

When servicing signs we manufactured and installed that are no longer covered by their original warranty, replacement parts are guaranteed for one year against failure.

Replacement parts installed on competitor signs we service carry a 30-day warranty against failure, excluding customer-supplied components.

Insurance and Assurance

Signs Manufacturing™ is insured, licensed, registered, and bonded according to City and State regulations. We also carry Product Liability Insurance protecting both you and your customers.

We provide Deposit and Completion Insurance and offer customers free listing as “Additional Insured” on our liability and worker’s compensation policies.

The optional Forever™ Guarantee provides long-term protection designed to keep your sign looking and operating like new for decades.

If we cannot successfully repair affected components during the coverage period, we replace them.

If you later upgrade your LED sign, the unused portion of the Forever™ Guarantee may be applied toward the new sign.

For additional peace of mind, Forever™ Guarantee owners may be protected with performance bond coverage returning their investment if we default.

Zap Insurance™ - Electrical Surge & Lightning Protection

Unfortunately, no electrical surge or lightning protection system is 100% effective.

Optional Zap Insurance™ is available for qualifying signs equipped with our Zap Protection™ systems.

If a covered sign is damaged by electrical surge or lightning, we cover repair costs up to and including replacement of the entire sign if necessary.
