Routed Plastic Letters
Our routed plastic letters come in a variety of thicknesses, from 1/8" thick to as much as 1" thick!
Plastic letters are CNC routed or laser cut (depending on the application) from a computer file to make precise letters. The sides are then smoothed out for a precise finish. Our plastic letters are:

Formed Plastic Letters
Formed plastic letters are a great way to have a durable, inexpensive sign for your business without sacrificing that professional look that you need.
These signs are not ideal for retail businesses, but great for commercial sites, industrial, offices, etc.
They have come in a great variety of styles and colors, sizes that range from 2" to 72" (custom sizes are also available for an even larger sign). In addition, they have many other benefits over signs:

Formed Plastic Letter Mounting Options
Formed plastic letters can be mounted with studs (metal posts that are inserted into the wall for support), silicone pads (for a slight standoff), flush-mounted with silicone or using double-stick tape (for indoor locations only). Your Sales Representative will determine which is the best installation method for your sign.
We can design and build your next sign while maintaining Social Distancing guidelines
Our showroom is open (by appointment) and sanitized so you can safely review the different options available for your new signage.
Also, we have many options to help design your new look, from collaborating remotely (from your own home bridged to our design team) to designing with you in our Projection Room, which is large enough to maintain Social Distancing.

Why Buy Factory-Direct from a State-Licensed Company?

Would you give a car dealer $10,000 and tell him to buy you the best car
he can for the money, sight unseen (or from a drawing?) Don't you think you would get the car that made
him

Do you think you could meet your needs asking for the cheapest car he can buy?
Why would a sign dealer (Car Wrap company or sign store) be any different? Remember, they are merely buying a sign from a manufacturer to resell to you, usually to resemble a drawing, making the most money they can.
You need to know ALL of the details on how your sign will be manufactured, and how it will be installed. It needs to meet YOUR needs, not the seller's profit goals. What is he telling the manufacturer you don't need?
Believing "...a sign is a sign" gets you a Yugo instead of a Cadillac.
Remember the Yugo? They didn't last very long, either.
Also, most sign dealers, Car Wrap companies and sign stores cannot legally install or service an electric sign. Ask to see their license.
Ask to see a manufacturer's license also. A few are not licensed to do electrical work, either, they also have to hire other companies to install the signs they make.
Now, who provides the warranty? The manufacturer, the installer, the salesman, anyone? If the sign was installed illegally do you think they'll honor their warranty? Did they REALLY obtain your City sign permit? Is the sign even safe?

NOTE: Custom Paint, Plastic, Vinyl, or Printed Graphics Colors
Our customers can furnish us with paint or PMS numbers, or the brand and name of paint (example: PMS 183 or Sherwin-Williams Ruby Red, and we will obtain a mixing formula free of charge. Our customer can also select exact colors from our 35,000+ color samples at no additional charge. Alternatively, our customer can provide an actual sample, 3" square minimum, of their color selections and we will run them through an exact color matching process. Exact color matching from a color sample incurs an additional charge, however.
