Which wasn’t easy. I gave my client two assignments: Keep the parking lots clear in front and back, and be sure the wiring was live to both illuminated signs. They didn’t do either. From helping to make a determination if the signs were worth repairing to the quality of craftsmanship forming the new glass tubes and reassembling the signs, my expectations were exceeded. Communication was great and everybody I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The part that makes the experience even more of a surprise is that they did all this for what was really a small job ... realtive to what it appears they normally do. Jesse came out on Monday of this week and was able to get the sign operational. He spent several hours trouble shooting and explained in detail how he fixed it. He is a great representative of Signs Manufacturing and we really appreciate the time he took to help us understand how everything works.

Just opened new location in Farmers Branch and worked with Tom Wright at Signs Manufacturing. Tom kept us informed via email every week or so to the status of our monument sign. After installation, we had a few customers question the font on the sign and said something just didn't look right! I called Tom and told him some of the letters did not look like they were positioned correctly. He, immediately, came out to take a look. He noticed the letters should be in all caps and they had made the error. They completely remade the sign and installed it a few weeks later. It is beautiful! We are very happy with the sign and the way the correction was handled! The picture does not do it justice!

I had the most satisfying experience working with Juan Carlos Martin and Signs manufacturing. Juan was extremely responsive on our project which took a little time due to permit delays from the City of Dallas. Once the permit was issued, manufacturing and installation was quick. I also got email update to alert me on the permit issues and progress during manufacturing. At the project inception, Juan provided me with alternate designs and pricing. Once I selected the signage and did the contract, I did not have to pay anything extra. I paid 50% upon signing the contract. Final payment was made after completion of the project. I am looking to use these guys to update other signage at our facility in the future.
