5-Year Guarantee

If ANY manufactured part of a new lighted sign we manufactured and installed fails in the first 5 years of service, if properly supplied with power, Signs Manufacturing™ will provide BOTH parts and service FREE OF CHARGE. Solarbrite™ LED lamps are included in this guarantee.

Electronic components of the sign which are NOT manufactured by Signs Manufacturing™ are only supported by their manufacturer’s warranty, usually one year. Signs Manufacturing™ passes on the component manufacturer’s warranty, but does not extend it.

15-Year Appearance Warranty™

The appearance of Channel Letter signs are warranted not to negatively affect our customer's sales for fifteen years when Signs Manufacturing™ selects all materials and finishes, installs the signage, and the signage is properly maintained. Printed graphics are excluded from this Appearance Warranty™.

What does this mean? You see many signs with ozone-etched, dull faces, fading paint, peeling graphics, and dim lighting. The sign diminishes the business it represents.

Using our paints, our SignFace™ plastics, our Solarguard™ and Lumabrite™, our Solarbrite™ LEDs and our construction materials and methods, your sign will age but it will never detract from your business. It will never look bad compared to the other signs around it for at least 15 years or we will fix it!

15-Year UNBREAKABLE SignFace^™ Warranty™

Channel Letter signs feature a fifteen year warranty against cracking of the signs SignFace™ plastic faces so long as they remain properly installed in their sign.

You see so many channel letter signs where a single cracked letter face has been replaced, making the entire sign, and the business, appear cheap!

Like AT&T used to say to their Yellow Pages customers “If your business is slow, what does your sign look like?

If, Lord forbid, one of our faces DOES break and replacing only it will prove detrimental to the appearance of your sign we will replace ALL of the faces so that they match.

Lifetime Labor Warranty™

Signs Manufacturing™ Warrants this sign with a LIFETIME Service Warranty™. Lifetime Service Warranty discounts our normal labor charges 20%, after the initial Guarantee and/or Warranty periods, for a sign both manufactured and installed by Signs Manufacturing™. We cover your signs for life. It is in our best interests to do everything possible to make your signs last, because even 20 or 30 years down the road if your sign has a problem we are helping pay for it.

We build quality signs. We know they are the best in the industry. We want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to keep you from ever having an issue with your signs because if you do, it costs us too!

Lifetime Replacement Parts Warranty™

Additionally, after the Initial Guarantee and/or Warranty periods our LIFETIME Service Warranty™ provides free replacement parts for any part of our signs that we previously replaced that fails within one year of installation. Non-Solarbrite™ lamps are excluded.

Insurance and Assurance

Signs Manufacturing™ is insured, registered, licensed and bonded per City and State regulations, and carries Product Liability Insurance. We provide Deposit and Completion Insurance; we offer all our customers to be listed as "Additional Insured" for free on our $4,000,000 insurance policy providing coverage if we default, and as "Additional Insured" on our $25,000,000 Worker's Compensation/Accident Insurance.

The Forever™ Guarantee can provide coverage of ALL parts, service costs, and maintenance costs for the life of the agreement. This Guarantee is custom tailored to each customer's needs. THE SIGN CAN BE KEPT LOOKING NEW, FOR A KNOWN COST.

Our Forever™ Guarantee can either be paid-in-full at the time of purchase, or allocated monthly. It is backed by Signs Manufacturing™, the manufacturer, a company that has been honoring it's guarantees and warranties since 1979.

And if you decide to purchase a replacement sign during the term of your Forever™ Guarantee, Signs Manufacturing™ can assign a portion of the cost of the Forever™ Guarantee to the cost of the new sign, saving you money.

Zap Protection^™- Optional Electrical Surge and Lightning Protection

Electrical surges on a sign’s incoming power supply, and lightning strikes, are not covered by any manufacturer’s warranty, and they are common in Texas.

As technology has moved us from the use of electrical components such as core-and-coil ballasts to electronic components, primarily to reduce power consumption, the susceptibility of a sign to damage from electrical power surges or lightning strikes has increased dramatically. Old-style electrical components are simply no longer available in most cases.

Signs Manufacturing™ offers surge and lightning Zap Protection™, at a reasonable additional cost, adding components to signs to lower the potential for damage from an occurrence. The devices are over 90% effective in case of an occurrence.

Zap Insurance^™- Electrical Surge/Lightning Insurance

Your property insurance should cover this eventuality. But if it doesn’t, we will cover this continuing risk with optional electrical surge/lightning Zap Insurance™, available for signs which have our electrical surge/lightning Zap Protection™ (above) installed.

If a Zap Insured™ sign is damaged by either electrical surge or lightning strike we cover all costs of repair, up to and including replacing the entire sign if it is destroyed by an occurrence.
