Does SolarGuard^™ Protection Work?  The face on the right was made of “generic” red acrylic and black trim-cap.  The left half was coated with SolarGuard^™ and the face was left outside for ONLY 7 years; your sign will be out there much longer!

See the difference between protected and unprotected (yellowed) flexible sign faces?  This test material was left outside for 7 years.

Nothing looks worse than a sign with its lettering peeling off.  To prevent this we overcoat your graphics with clear SolarGuard^™ or OptiGard^™ solar protection, depending on the material they are are adhered to, so that they will last.

The unique clear coats Signs Manufacturing^™ applies over vinyl lettering and graphics are also formulated to remove one remaining objection knowledgeable consumers have to the use of vinyl on sign faces.

We have all seen signs where vandals have peeled-off lettering to make the sign imply something else, or simply to deface them.

When your sign is vandalized it must be replaced so that it effectively represents your business; even if the sign is simply a listing of “Pool Rules.”

While it is probably “technically” possible to remove lettering and deface a sign we manufactured with SolarGuard^™, OptiGard^™ and/or Lumabrite^™ protection we are not aware of anyone, ever, having done so.

Are we sounding a false alarm that “…the sky is falling…” when we talk about Solarguard^™, Lumabrite^™ and OptiGard^™?  Acadian Ambulance is having to replace their only-5-year-old $15,000+ signs, and their "highly-reputable" UL Listed, Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) licensed sign company that built them didn’t even last as long as the signs (for obvious reasons.)  The accompanying picture was sent to us by Acadian.  We're told the faces were originally green with a black fleur-de-lis.  Now the signs internal LED lighting can hardly light the faces and they are "all blotchy".  They say that their signs look bad both day and night.  Buy carefully.  ("Click" on the picture to enlarge.)
