Shopping for Programmable LED Signs
Decisions you need to arrive at before beginning to shop for a Programmable LED Sign, so you don’t waste your time.

1. Check your cities Sign Ordinance; what is allowed, what is not?

2. From how far away do you want your message to be readable?

3. From how close must the sign look good? Whether it is going to be a ground sign or a pole sign affects this.

4. Will you display pictures or video, or only words?

5. Do you want color? Full color, or shades of one color?

Is price more important, or is the ability to have the sign marginally repairable, or to have the individual LEDs adjustable so that the sign will continue to look good as it ages and new components are added the most important? In other words, how important is quality? (In our opinion it is most important for the sign not to look bad, and hurt rather than help your business, as it ages.)

8. Now find signs that meet your needs, and are easily programmed. Buy your sign from a company that will be here far into the future to service your sign, and train your new employees to use the sign years from now. (Hopefully you will call us - we will provide the help you need!)
